Welcome to my blog! My blog content is a mixture of things. I mainly talk about beauty, but I do a few random posts about my life. In the near future I shall also upload a few recipes as I am a huge foodie!

Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess

My best friend recently picked this up, and she told me only good things about it. I popped into store and decided to actually smell it, rather than blind buying.

Oh. My. Gerd.

When the lady sprayed it on to the card, my sister (who doesn't like perfumes much, because it makes her feel slightly nauseous) immediately said 'This smells incredible'.

And because it actually smelt incredible, I went home and ordered. Within 24 hours.

The Fragrance Shop

I actually ordered it from The Fragrance Shop, and they we're amazing with their delivery! They ended up upgrading my standard delivery to next day delivery, and included samples - SO, thank you!

Now on to the actual perfume..

It smells like beaches and sand and drinking coconut water out of fresh coconuts. It is a warm scent, that's not overpowering. It has a hint of a middle-eastern feel to it (because of the warm notes), and it lasts all day (on clothes). It's different to all the other perfumes I have, as I usually gravitate towards lighter, and more floral scents.

Estee Lauder listed the notes in three categories, which are very fitting to the perfume:

THE SENSUOUS HEAT OF THE SUN- Amber- Coconut Milk- Sandalwood- Vanilla- Vetiver- Myrrh

THE SILKY SOFTNESS OF WARM SAND- Juicy Mandarin - Sicilian Bergamot- Lemon
- Pulpy Orange

THE RADIANCE OF BRONZED SKIN- Tiare Flower- Jasmine- Magnolia Petals- Orange Flower Buds- Lavender

I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of this perfume (and will probably finish the entire 100ml this Summer), and will definitely repurchase.

The perfume usually retails for £47 for 100ml in Debenhams/House Of Fraser, but The Fragrance Shop is actually selling it for £46.50, and they have a bonus hour most weekdays between 12 - 1, where they reduce all their products by 20%, SO I ended up getting my Bronze Goddess for £37.20!

You can buy it here at The Fragrance Shop.

Thanks Nobz for the recommendation! Love ya! x
