A few miserable excuses that aren't really acceptable:
Stress -
I don't function well when I'm stressed. My entire brain just stops working. It kind of aggravates my back pains. It's a poopy thing stress.
I've been busy!
Okay, still not thaaat busy. But busy with the family.
I had to take a week off..
I had a frozen shoulder, I don't know how or why. It just happened. Gym instructor told me to lay off the gym for a while. Plus, I had such a horrible cold during that same time. I looked like a walking corpse (pale skin, dead face etc).
SO, I decided to make a list of things I want.. to motivate me back to the gym:
#1 The Nike Brasilia Small Duffle Bag - £20
I've wanted a shoulder type gym bag for a while now - and this fits the bill. I want it in black, despite pink being one of my favorite colours.
#2 Trainers! I want the Nike Free TR 4 Breathe - £80
These pretty much go with the bag, look super comfy and aren't so in your face. Plus, I'm going to need a pair of these post operation, just till I'm stable enough to walk in a pair of heels.
It's only 2 items, but putting more things on this wishlist wouldn't be very practical. I mean, I am looking for slightly more modest gym clothes because right - people tend to simply wear leggings/running tights. I mean, I don't condone people wearing it, I just personally cannot wear. If anyone has any suggestions on how to be modest, yet slightly less of a 'I'm drowning in my clothes' please do let me know! Thank you! x
