Welcome to my blog! My blog content is a mixture of things. I mainly talk about beauty, but I do a few random posts about my life. In the near future I shall also upload a few recipes as I am a huge foodie!

Today has been a very interesting sort of day.

I set out to Oxford Circus today, to go on the hunt for the Narsissist Eyeshadow Palette

My friend and I were to supposedly meet each other in front of Oxford Station, however, she was late. Approximately an hour late.

After half an hour of waiting, I decided to venture out for my hunt. I walked into John Lewis, straight to the Nars Counter.

The nice lady at the counter told me there were three palettes left. I immediately bought two.

Leaving the store, with a grin stretching from ear to ear (because I succeeded at first attempt), I left my friend more than a few voice mails.

Eventually we managed to get a hold of each other and discovered that we had each bought 2 palettes (one for me, and one for her). It was just so ridiculous and absolutely hilarious. We laughed our way back to the store to return 2 palettes. The counter staff were just 'awww'd and made cheesy 'bffl' jokes. We could not stop laughing.

Our palettes! :D

Following that mishap, we decided to pop over to the Liberty Beauty Hall. It is probably the most peaceful beauty-shopping place I've ever been to. The staff are not overly eager either (I feel slightly uncomfortable when they are, anyone else?).

Liberty

Stationary section, aren't the prints on the stationary so pretty?!

A few quirky bits of stationary!

Lastly, we grabbed a bite to eat at the Spaghetti House. We both chose Penne Arrabiata (spicy tomato sauce with crushed red chilles and cherry tomatoes) topped with Parmesan cheese.

I really enjoyed the food, and the restaurant staff were super nice. I shall visit there again to try more of their vegetarian food!

How was your day today? Drop a comment below, and let me know!
