Recently, I've been trying to incorporate a lot more healthy foods into my diet, and replacing more calorific and fatty foods.

I came across Apple Cider a few weeks ago at my Local Holland & Barrett's and the lady who worked there told me a few uses. I decided to use this in as much ways as possible and have come to a conclusion that for me, I definitely have reaped the benefits.

How do I use this in my daily life?

1. Skin Toner

I use this twice a week as a toner. I put a bit on my cotton pad, and wipe it all over my ace, avoiding the eyes. 

It does have a slightly pungent smell, but it seriously gives me such a lovely glow the following morning.

2. Hair rinse!

Using chemical based shampoos and conditioners really can damage your hair in the long run. I do still use my regular shampoos and conditioners, but once a week, replace my shampoo with an apple cider rinse. This is really good stuff. After drying your hair, it gives a really noticeable shine, making your hair look and feel really healthy.

3. To aid digestion

This may be a slightly awkward topic, but I find this to be the most natural solution to help when things get a little tight, if you get what I'm saying

It's also known to help with losing weight, when carrying out a healthy diet and incorporating exercise.
