What's in her make-up bag?

This is post is based on when I've rummaged through my friend's make-up bag and picked out 6 of her favourite make-up products. I guess it's a liittle nosey, but she'll deal with it.

I didn't manage to get a good picture of her actual bag, but it was really pretty. She bought it from H&M but it's no longer available.  However, they do have a pretty cute collection of bags for very reasonable prices, you can check them out here.

Her Top 6 favourites for Summer are the following:

1. YSL Touche Eclat Foundation 

She's been slightly obsessed with this foundation. She likes to apply it with her fingers because it just melts on to her skin with the warmth of her fingers and leaves a gorgeous dewy finish. It's also a very light foundation, so it doesn't weigh her down and make her feel like she's actually got anything on. Despite being light, it can be built up to medium coverage. 

2. Elf Eye-shadow Primer

This is another keeps-it-on-all-day type of products. She finds that it keeps her eye-shadow on for most of the day and it has a great colour selection. The product itself is also very affordable.

3. Maybelline Dream Touch Blush in Berry

This blush is just so easy to use, can be blended into the skin really easily and just gives a sheer wash of colour that looks really natural. The colour can also be built up for a much stronger look, but for summer, she likes it to look really natural and pretty. Also, as it is a cream blush, it can be applied by fingers, so it's easy to use on the go. 

4. Natural Collection Lip-gloss in Vanilla

For Under £5, you cannot go wrong with this lip-gloss. It's just a clear lip-gloss that you can pop over any lipstick colour to just give a bit of shine. 

5. L'Oreal Colour Riche Nail Polish in 107 Beige Boheme 

My friend has really gorgeous tanned skin (you know that perfect sun-kissed skin colour, that everyone wants? Yup, she got it), so this nail polish really goes with her complexion. It's just a really nice nude that's perfect for the summer, but gives of a really sophisticated vibe. 

6. MAC Fix + - 30ml 

She found this to be a staple product during summer. When used, she has found it to have kept her make-up on for much longer than it would have without it.  (She's convinced me to buy it too). Also, considering it's travel size - it is so much easier to carry around. I think, these sort of products are much needed in summer, especially when it's really hot... and we sweat like monkeys.
