Lot's more fruit and veggies! |
To help encourage myself to lose weight, I will publish a post every Sunday including pictures of meals I've eaten during the week. My aim is to lose 1.5 Stones in weight (25 pounds). I will also include in the post, the weight lost during the week. It is a lot of weigh to lose, but I think it's time to really take the plunge - no more fad diets, just pure hard core stamina. I will be integrating a lot more vegetables and fruits into my diet as well as more regular exercise. I know it won't happen overnight and I will have breakdowns, but I know it's all part of the process.
I don't want to be a size zero, I just want to feel healthy and have a healthier life style. If I can do, I'm sure I can encourage my family to leave their eat-then-rest type of habits and join me. So, my weight loss will not only be an advantage to myself, but to those around me. Let's pray I can do this.
