I tried this primer for a few days with the weather ranging from 23 - 31 degrees Celsius (yep, in LONDON, I couldn't believe it). This primer is in a solid form that just melts into the skin when applying it. It doesn't feel heavy at all, it just glides on so beautifully! I apply it directly from the primer stick - to my face. I think that's the best way to apply it. Straight after applying the primer, I put on my foundation.
The first day, I used it with my Rimmel Wake me up foundation. Without the primer, I've noticed that this foundation lasts around 2 - 3 hours maximum on me. Not exactly long lasting, but long enough for a daily basis. With the primer, it lasts up to 5 hours - and that's in the scorching heat. I was really impressed! I love the finish of this foundation and to have it last for up to 6 hours made me a very happy girl.
The second day, I tried it with my Nars Sheer Glow. Without the primer, this lasts between 4 - 5 hours on me. I used the primer with the foundation when it was 31 degrees, and I had a 9 - 5 shift at work. It lasted around 7 - 7.5 hours. I was so impressed.
To summarise: Perfect for summer, easy to apply, long lasting and keeps your base looking as fresh as a daisy!
